At Zythorinez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Moventra. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Returns
You may return a product for a refund under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
2.2 Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Products damaged due to customer negligence
- Free samples or promotional items
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at cooperation@zythorinez.world
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team
3.2 Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, defective item, or damaged during shipping), we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, the refund may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
4.3 Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any promotional discounts applied to the original order will be adjusted proportionally.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
6. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Alternatively, you may choose a full refund.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order

7.2 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow the standard return process.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. International Orders
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment
- Exchange rate differences at the time of refund are the customer's responsibility
10. Consumer Rights
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law. In the United States, many states have consumer protection and refund laws that may give you additional rights; this policy is intended to supplement, not replace, those rights where they apply. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. We comply with the Federal Trade Commission's requirements regarding clear and honest disclosure of refund terms.
